Therm-A-Guard

This Vigor® Therma-A-Guard™ Protective Blanket™ is made of a unique, odorless, non-toxic Silquar™ ceramic material, which forms a protective blanket around any stone while adjacent metal parts are being soldered or heated.

This material resists temperatures up to 2,000°F (1,092°C) due to its unique ability to create air pockets, which greatly reduces heat transference to the stone. It is easy to use and eliminates the mess and cleanup of creams, brush solutions, spray-on solutions, papers, and other products.

Therm-A-Guard™ comes in a 2-ounce jar and is good for hundreds of jobs.
